We have positioned AfriPark nationally, with branches throughout the country. Within each region, we have a number of sites which operate independently of each other, reporting directly to our Head Office in Cape Town. Our national footprint enables us to sense and respond to client needs much more swiftly and effectively, irrespective of where the client may be based.
All new projects – installations, new contract setup – are managed according to our proven and effective project management approach. This enables the client organisation to monitor and provide input into the cost, quality and time elements of the project implementation. The approach we adopt allows for effective hand over and ongoing maintenance of the contract, once the project implementation phase has been completed.
All work provided by AfriPark is undertaken by means of close on-site management and supervision. Regular and structured feedback is provided to the client to ensure that we continuously meet the required quality standards and overall client expectations.
